Located in the heart of a wooded park on the banks of the Charentonne river, Le Moulin Fouret is a 16th century building entirely renovated, transformed into a hotel & restaurant. Six double rooms (non-disabled) compose the hotel, carefully decorated and overlooking the park and the river. Each in a unique style with a touch of exoticism, they are intended to be clear and soothing. All rooms offer quality equipment with en-suite bathroom for the larger ones, and private bathroom with walk-in shower for the standards. The establishment is pet friendly.

Trained by a Michelin-starred chef and with several years of experience as a chef in Honfleur, Chef Cédric Auger is a native of the country passionate about the Normandy region. In its gourmet restaurant at the Moulin Fouret, he offers refined and creative cuisine, exclusively prepared with fresh and seasonal products (BIB Gourmand Michelin 2020).
Open 7 days a week, lunch and dinner, service in the dining room or on the terrace.

Le Moulin Fouret in Bernay has a seminar room upstairs that can accommodate meetings, training sessions and professional or private events for up to 20 people. A coworking space designed in the image of the establishment: functional, without sacrificing aesthetics. Pastries and other delicacies are offered for moments of relaxation, complemented by a lunch in the restaurant. An ideal setting for your business trips in Normandy.
SECOND RESTAURANT

Opened in February 2023, L'Authentique, a former post house created in 1686, is a cosy restaurant, in a green setting sheltered by the calm of the Risle valley.
Located 1h45 from Paris and 30mn from Evreux, the establishment is close to down town of Beaumont-le-Roger.
Chef Cédric Auger and his executive Christophe Rabault offer you bistronomic, local and gourmet cuisine.
